This is the queen of Tuscan salami, made according to the strict rules of the Consortium protecting Finocchiona IGP. This salami combines softness with the intense unmistakable flavour of fennel. Finocchiona PGI is made using pork that is exclusively Italian born and bred. No nitrites are used in the preparation. Available in vacuum packs at a fixed weight of 250g or in variable weight.
